Analyzing Your Score
A score above 54 is a well-balanced life. You are in good shape and for the most part, enjoy your life with few complaints or stress points.
A score between 32-54 would suggest you are out of balance in some areas of life, and they cause some stress which can affect other areas of your life.
A score below 32 suggests that you have some major stress areas in your life. In this situation, we recommend some help to find ways to find more balance and reduce the stress you feel.
Next Steps
These scores are a rough estimate of where you are on the balance scale. You may be a little more or less balanced than you thought you were. For the most part, you already know whether you are doing okay or really stressed out.
